Contact Management & Message Sending

Admins and users can create and manage contacts within Salesforce. To enable messaging, ensure the following fields are set:

  • Phone Number: Must include country code (+911234567890).
  • Consent to Contact: Should not be empty.
  • Message Channel: Must be assigned to a valid channel.
  • Message Opt-Out: If set to “true,” default messages are sent.

Messaging Workflow:

  1. Contact receives a default message upon creation.
  2. If the recipient wants to continue, they must reply with START.
  3. To opt out, they can reply with STOP anytime.

This structured opt-in/opt-out process ensures compliance with SMS marketing guidelines and improves customer engagement.

  • Emojis & Attachments
