Contact Management & Message Sending
Admins and users can create and manage contacts within Salesforce. To enable messaging, ensure the following fields are set:
- Phone Number: Must include country code (+911234567890).
- Consent to Contact: Should not be empty.
- Message Channel: Must be assigned to a valid channel.
- Message Opt-Out: If set to “true,” default messages are sent.
Messaging Workflow:
- Contact receives a default message upon creation.
- If the recipient wants to continue, they must reply with START.
- To opt out, they can reply with STOP anytime.
This structured opt-in/opt-out process ensures compliance with SMS marketing guidelines and improves customer engagement.

- Click AI Assist in the chatbox.
